TORONTO - Toronto police are now calling the death of a woman near the Dufferin Mall a homicide.
Police found a woman's body in a laneway behind the mall near Dufferin and College streets early Friday evening.
Officials say the woman wasn't breathing and was bleeding from the head when emergency crews arrived.
She was pronounced dead in hospital.
Investigators originally considered the case a suspicious death.
