Kyle Weese, 27, has been sentenced to life with no possibility of parole for 22 years in connection with the death of Bailey Zavedaat.

Zavedaat, an innocent bystander, was shot to death outside the Duke of York Tavern in October 2008.

Weese was charged with first-degree murder, but pled not guilty and was convicted of second degree murder on Oct 25, 2010. He was also convicted of four charges of aggravated assault. He was sentenced to 10 years for each assault to be served concurrently.

After Weese's sentence was read, emotions exploded in the courtroom with authorities tackling and arresting two people.

There is no word yet on whether that person had any connection to Weese or the victim.
