Toronto Police say they have arrested a 28-year-old Toronto man who allegedly used a toy owl with a camera placed inside to allegedly attempt to look up women’s skirts at the CNE.

Investigators allege that on Thursday, a suspect went to the CNE, equipped with a white stuffed toy owl that contained a video camera inside.

He allegedly used the contraption to record video footage up women’s skirts while walking around the exhibition.

Later that same day, a suspect identified as Daniel Adler was arrested.

He was charged with secretly recording a person expecting privacy, possessing obscene matter for distribution and resisting a peace officer.

Investigators say they are concerned there may be other victims who have not yet come forward.

He is expected to appear in court at Old City Hall sometime on Friday.
