A motorcyclist is dead following a collision with a truck near Highway 27 and Rutherford Road in Vaughan.
York Regional Police say the accident occurred at around 2:40 p.m. and an air ambulance was called in but later cancelled when the male victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police estimated that the area would be closed off to traffic for approximately six hours.
