Police are investigating four unrelated stabbings that took place over a two-hour span late Friday night and early Saturday morning.

The first incident happened just before midnight on Thorncliffe Park Drive. Police say they were called to the area for a reported stabbing and upon arrival located a man with non-life threatening injuries.

No arrests have been made and police have not yet confirmed that the victim's wounds are the result of a stabbing.

The second incident happened a few minutes later at an apartment building near Wingarden Court and Crow Trail in Malvern.

In that case, police say 33-year-old man and a 26-year-old woman sustained non-life threatening injuries.

A 28-year-old man has since been taken into custody, however it is not clear what charges he will face.

The third incident happened at around 12:30 a.m. near Simcoe and Adelaide streets in the city’s downtown core.

Police say a 24-year-old man got into a dispute with another man and was stabbed during that interaction.

The victim was taken to hospital with serious injuries, according to paramedics.

No arrests have been made but police say they are looking for a black male, who is about six-feet-tall with diamond studs in his ears. He was last seen wearing a black jacket.

The fourth and final incident took place at a bar near Kennedy and Ellesmere roads at around 2 a.m.

Paramedics say a male in his 20s was taken to hospital in serious condition following that incident.

That victim is not being cooperative and no arrests have been made, according to police.
