There is one winning ticket for the $19.6-million jackpot in Saturday night's Lotto 6-49 draw -- and it was purchased somewhere in Quebec.
The lottery's grand prize was last won Nov. 11 when someone in Ontario had a ticket worth $5-million.
The jackpot for the next Lotto 6-49 draw on Dec. 2 will be $5-million.
