Toronto police have made an arrest after a man on an E-bike assaulted a cyclist at a Toronto intersection last month.

The victim was travelling eastbound along Harbord Street at around 8 a.m. on Oct. 22 when the suspect swerved into the bicycle lane.

According to police, the pair then came to a stop at Spadina Avenue where the suspect punched the victim in the face several times before fleeing.

The victim incurred minor injuries as a result.

Lyndsay Legault, 28, of Toronto, was arrested Saturday night and charged with one count of assault in connection with the incident.

He is scheduled to appear in court today.
