The Toronto Blue Jays will begin selling playoff tickets to season ticket holders tomorrow, at a significant markup over regular-season prices.

On Wednesday, fans with season seats will only be able to buy “strips” of tickets to all the home games of the entire postseason, from the American League Division Series to the World Series if they get there, as per Major League Baseball policy.

A ticket to all of the Jays' postseason games in the 500 level, outfield will cost $1,190.

The most prized seats, at field level pointing towards home base, first base and third base, are going for $9,875 each.

A ticket that grants access to all of the games the Jays reach in the entire post season in the centre of the 100 level will cost $2,955.

For comparison, a single game ticket in the 100 level to the Jays’ regular season game against Cleveland on Sept. 2 is selling for $64.

The club says it will refund tickets sold for all games the Jays fail to play, and it will also allow fans to apply the refund to their 2016 season ticket purchase.

Tickets will be offered for sale to the general public on Sept. 23.
