A taxi driver and a passenger were lucky to escape without any serious injuries after a collision in the Avenue Road and Lawrence Avenue area Sunday evening.
The collision happened shortly before 6:30 p.m. at Elm Road and Fairlawn Avenue.
Police said two vehicles were involved in the collision.
The taxi somehow ended up on its side.
The driver of the taxi and a passenger sustained only minor injuries, police said.
It wasn’t immediately clear what caused the collision.
