CALGARY - A charge pertaining to reckless use of a firearm has been laid against a man in the fatal shooting of an innocent bystander at a Calgary nightclub.

The charge follows the death of Natasha Mohamed Farah, who police say was hit by a stray bullet as the 26-year-old was standing outside the club last Saturday evening.

Police also say they have determined there was more than one shooter at the scene.

Hussein Ibrahim, who is 21, will appear in court Friday.

A second man arrested earlier this week remains in custody on a charge of attempted murder, based on a Canada-wide warrant out of Toronto.

Police say charges could be upgraded or added as their investigation continues.
