Durham Regional Police have launched a sudden death investigation after a body was discovered inside a parked vehicle at a Pickering cemetery Thursday morning.
According to police, the body was found in a vehicle at the Whitevale Cemetery near Brock and Whitevale roads.
The cause of death has not been determined.
Officers are going to door-to-door in the area canvassing for information.
Homicide detectives are assisting with the investigation.
