LONDON, Ont. -- A 25-year-old woman is in critical condition after being struck by a car while riding her bicycle in London, Ont., early Sunday.
London Police say they were called to the scene (in the southbound lanes of Highbury Avenue between Hamilton Road and Commissioners Road) at 2:30 a.m.
Police discovered a vehicle had struck the cyclist and that she was thrown off of her bicycle.
She was taken to London Health Sciences Centre.
Her name has not been released.
Police continue to investigate, and want to hear from anyone with information about the collision.
