A 46-year-old female pedestrian has been pronounced dead on scene after she was struck by a vehicle in Mississauga during the morning rush hour.
It happened at around 7 a.m. near Seneca Avenue and Lakeshore Road.
The female was initially pinned underneath the vehicle following the crash.
Lakeshore Road is closed between Shaw Drive and Cayuga Avenue as police investigate.
