A two-alarm fire in Little Portugal Monday morning is now under control.

Fire crews were called to the scene at Dundas Street West and Gladstone Avenue at around 10:35 a.m.

They arrived to find a garage fully engulfed in flames, with lots of black smoke billowing. The fire also made its way into the attic of two attached homes, Toronto Fire Services said.

At the height of the fire, a dozen trucks and 45 firefighters were at the scene.

It’s not yet known how the fire started.

No injuries have been reported.

Dundas Street West was closed from Dufferin Street to Dovercourt Road. The southbound lanes of Gladstone Avenue were also closed at College Street.
