A fire in an underground parking garage in the Jane Street and Weston Road area was quickly contained, but still caused about $20,000 worth of damage.
The fire broke out around 5:15 a.m. near Sidney Belsey Crescent and Westpoint Lane.
Eight fire trucks and 32 firefighters were called to the scene.
Firefighters quickly put out the flames. One car was damaged, but the fire did not spread, Toronto Fire said.
The fire appeared to have started as a result of an electrical malfunction, Toronto Fire Services said.
