A 22-year-old man is in hospital this morning after a stabbing in the city's Stockyards neighbourhood late Tuesday night.
It happened near Keele Street and St. Clair Avenue West at around 11:30 p.m.
Police say the victim was stabbed in the abdomen and was rushed to Sunnybrook Hospital.
The circumstances that led up to the incident are not clear but police say the suspect may have attempted to rob the victim.
No suspect information has been released at this time and police say the investigation is ongoing.
