Police have charged a 33-year-old Toronto man with four counts of voyeurism after he allegedly filmed four women under their skirts in an Etobicoke Winners store last month.
On June 26 at 1:45 p.m., police said they arrived at a Winners store in the plaza located at 1255 The Queensway, near Kipling Avenue, after a man was seen filming women under their skirts or dresses.
They arrested the suspect at the scene.
Tomasz Malinowski faces four charges of voyeurism. He will appear in court at 2201 Finch Avenue West on August 10 at 2 p.m.
Police say they believe there may be other victims and witnesses who they have not yet reached.
