Toronto police have charged a man with first-degree murder in a fatal shooting that occurred at a North York apartment building more than a year ago.
Henry Pratt, the 24-year-old victim, was gunned down on the 11th floor of a building on San Romanoway, near Jane Street and Finch Avenue West, shortly after midnight on Oct. 11, 2012.
Police arrested a suspect Tuesday.
Marwan Awdi, 26, of Toronto was scheduled to appear in court Wednesday on a charge of first-degree murder.
