A man in his 20s has died after being found at the bottom of a pool in Scarborough Sunday night.
Toronto police said the victim's death is not being considered suspicious. His identity is not being released pending notification of next of kin.
The incident occurred at 255 Bamburgh Circle, near Warden Avenue and Steeles Avenue East, shortly before 10:30 p.m.
The man was initially taken to hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
