NIAGARA FALLS, Ont. -- A Niagara Falls man has been sentenced to three years of probation for dismembering a horse.
Police laid the charges after finding the animal's head in the back of a pickup truck in March.
The horse's body was found the following day in Niagara Falls.
The 28-year-old man also pleaded guilty last month to charges of mischief and killing cattle.
