A man has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after he was struck by a car in Toronto's Lawrence Park neighbourhood.
The incident occurred near Bayview Avenue and Blythwood Road sometime before 10 p.m.
Paramedics say the man who was struck is believed to be in his 30s and has been taken to a trauma centre.
Toronto police's traffic services unit is investigating.
