Toronto police say they have found a man who was deemed unlawfully at large when he failed to return after being out on an approved day pass from the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health.
Thomas Brailsford, 54, was reported missing after he was last seen in the Queen Street West and Ossington Avenue area Monday morning.
Police said they found Brailsford on Wednesday at 11 p.m. near Queen Street West and Roncesvalles Avenue.
