Peel Regional Police have charged a 53-year-old Markham man with murder following the death of man found seriously hurt in a Brampton industrial park last week.

On Jan. 21 at about 7:30 p.m. police say they were called to Hybrid Logistics on Woodslea Road, near Airport Road, for a report of man found unconscious outside.

Officers found the man with obvious signs of trauma. He was rushed to Brampton Civic Hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.

The victim has been identified as 51-year-old Sebastiano Sinisi, of Brampton.

On Friday, police arrested Doru Robas and charged him with one count of first-degree murder. He is expected to appear in court sometime on Saturday.
