Three men are safe after being stuck on a swing stage outside a building in downtown Toronto for hours Tuesday afternoon.

They were stranded on the exterior of a building at Bay and Queen streets.

According to Toronto Fire Services, the men were stuck on the platform outside the building’s 23rd floor for four hours.
