Weather:

It’s 12 C now, and is expected to rise to 18 C by this afternoon, with cloud cover remaining more or less total for most of the day. Winds are light from the northwest. Overnight, temperatures are expected to fall to 5 C.

Traffic:

There is regular volume on all major highways and surface routes this morning. Lawrence Avenue East is closed at Railside Road due to an early morning collision, while police are enforcing road closures around the Rogers Centre due to the Blue Jays game. The TTC’s 91B and 91C Woodbine buses are on diversion at Lawrence and Victoria Park avenues, while the 54 Lawrence East bus is also diverting because of the collision. There are delays of five to seven minutes on GO Transit’s Lakeshore West and Richmond Hill train lines.
