The Pan Am Games torch will make 11 separate stops in Scarborough, and police say they will close roads or individual lanes along its route. The March for Jobs, Justice and the Climate will progress from Queen’s Park to Allan Gardens via University Avenue, Dundas Street and Jarvis Street this afternoon, likely curtailing vehicle traffic in the area.
