Peel Regional Police have arrested a 21-year-old man and have issued a warrant for another man in connection with a shooting at a home in Mississauga back in February.

On the evening of February 13, police say the wanted man went to a home on Cindy Crescent, near the intersection of Dixie Road and Bloor Street, and got into a fight with a man in the home.

Police allege the suspect fired several shots through the door of the home, striking the victim and causing serious injuries. The victim was sent to a Toronto hospital’s trauma unit for treatment.

Authorities are searching for Michael Wilson, 22, of Mississauga. He is wanted for attempted murder. Police say he should be considered armed and dangerous.

He’s described as a black male standing six-foot-three inches tall and weighing 160 pounds. Police say he has black afro-style hair that may be in braids.

On Wednesday, police said they arrested Mark Rugala, 21, of Mississauga in connection with incident. He’s facing charges of robbery, conspiracy to commit and indictable offence and counselling an indictable offence.
