One person is dead and a second is in hospital after a two-vehicle crash northeast of Toronto on Wednesday morning.
Durham Regional Police said the fatal crash occurred on Simcoe Street in the Township of Scugog shortly after 7:10 a.m.
One driver was killed and a second driver suffered serious injuries, police said.
Investigators are looking into the cause of the crash.
