Police are investigating after a 67-year-old man was found dead on a Mimico roadway overnight.

In a news release Saturday, police said the man was found lying on Evans Avenue near San Remo Terrace at around 3:50 a.m.

The man had no vital signs when he was found and he was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

A bicycle was found lying near the man’s body.

Police have not said how he died, but are describing the incident as suspicious.

Investigators are now looking to speak with anyone who saw the cyclist on Evans Avenue at any time between 2 a.m. and 4 a.m. He is described as white, with long grey/silver hair and clean-shaven. He was wearing a red jacket, black track pants, black socks and black running shoes. He was riding a blue Infinity bicycle, with a black milk crate strapped to the front.
