Police are investigating after two Best Buy electronics stores were broken into Sunday night.
Toronto police confirmed a Best Buy store at Sherway Gardens was broken into around 9 p.m. They could not immediately provide details on what was taken.
In a news release, Halton Regional Police said another Oakville Store was broken into around the same time. In that break-in, police said the suspects made off with a large quantity of electronics.
Surveillance footage from the Oakville store showed that multiple suspects and vehicles were involved in the robbery, police said.
Halton police said they are aware of the Etobicoke robbery and are trying to determine whether the two break-and-enter cases are linked.
Police are asking anyone with information about the break-ins to come forward.
