Toronto police are trying to identify a man they say could provide information about a missing persons case from the late 1980s.
Police would not disclose who the missing person is but released a photo of a man named Ken who they say may have information relating to the cold case.
Ken, police say, lived in various basement apartments in the Scarborough area and he may have attended the University of Toronto’s Scarborough campus.
Investigators say they do not believe the man participated in any criminal activity but would like to speak to him.
