Three people were taken to hospital in serious condition after a car lost control and crashed into the front of a home in Oshawa early Wednesday morning.
Police say the vehicle was travelling northbound on Simcoe Street near Rossland Road at around 3:15 a.m. when it veered off the roadway and struck a tree before crashing into the building.
Police say that alcohol appears to have been a factor in the collision.
