WorldPride and NXNE are well underway in our city and there are road closures as a result
Church Street will once again be jammed for the Village Welcomes The World block party which wraps up tonight. The treet will be closed between Wood and Gloucester till later tonight.
Restaurants and bars in the area - have extended their patios into the street. Stage performers and local buskers are also on hand to provide even more entertainment. Today's festivities run until 11pm.
The North By Northeast music festival will also impact downtown commuters. Here's a list of closures.
Yonge Street will be closed between Dundas and Queen streets during the following hours:
- Saturday from 6 p.m. until midnight
- Sunday from 6 p.m. until midnight
