An Oshawa senior’s home was partially evacuated after a blaze broke out inside the building early Wednesday morning.
The fire broke out in a sixth-floor unit inside Faith Place on William Street near Simcoe and Bond streets at around 6:15 a.m.
As a result of the fire, about half of the residents in the building were evacuated.
No injuries were reported and the fire was contained to one unit.
The cause of the blaze has not yet been determined.
