Toronto police have released a composite sketch of a man wanted in connection with a sexual assault that occurred in southwest Scarborough back in September.

It happened in the Pharmacy Avenue and Teesdale Place area at around 1 a.m. on Sept. 19.

According to police, it happened after a woman spotted a man exposing himself through a window as she was leaving Victoria Park Station.

The man proceeded to follow the woman. He sexually assaulted her after approaching her from behind, police said.

He fled north following the incident.

A composite sketch of a suspect was released Monday.

He is described as between 18 to 25 years old, approximately five-foot-nine, with a thin build, short dark hair, and unshaven.

He was last seen wearing a grey jacket and black track pants with a white stripe running down the leg. He was also carrying a black backpack, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 416-808-7474 or Crime Stoppers at 416-222-TIPS (8477).
