Toronto police have released photographs of a man wanted following a sexual assault onboard a TTC streetcar earlier this month.
It happened on a car travelling west on Dundas Street, near Bay Street, during the evening rush hour on Oct. 1.
A 26-year-old woman told police she was sexually assaulted by a man standing behind her.
The man exited the streetcar a short time later at Spadina Avenue.
The alleged assault was witnessed by another passenger, police said.
Images of a suspect were provided in a news release issued early Thursday afternoon.
He is described only as being in his late 50s to early 60s. He was last seen wearing glasses and carrying a dark leather briefcase.
Police believe there may be other victims.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 416-808-5200 or Crime Stoppers at 416-222-TIPS (8477).
