Toronto police are searching for a suspect after a sexual assault near Dufferin Street and Rogers Road overnight.
According to police, a woman in her 20s got off of a bus at the intersection at around 1 a.m. and was walking on the south side of Rogers Road when she was grabbed and pulled into an alley.
Police say she was sexually assaulted behind a parked van.
Investigators say the female victim was taken to hospital to be assessed.
Police say they will be canvassing the area for information.
The suspect has been described as a brown male in his 20s who is about five-foot-four and has a shaggy black beard. Police say he was seen wearing a black hoodie and baggie clothing.
