Police are asking residents of a North York neighbourhood to review their surveillance camera footage for anything suspicious after a teenaged girl awoke to find an intruder in her bedroom on Friday morning.
Police say the man entered the home in the Lawrence Avenue and Caledonia Road area in the early morning hours.
At some point, a 16-year-old girl who was asleep in her bedroom awoke and noticed the man.
The man then fled the home, police say.
No description of the man has been released at this point.
Police are urging neighbourhood residents to review any surveillance camera footage they may have and to keep an eye out for anything suspicious.
