WELLAND, Ont. -- Two people have been critically injured in a head-on crash in Welland.
Niagara Regional police say the wreck occurred around one o`clock this morning on East Main Street.
The two drivers -- a 40 year old Niagara Falls man and an 18 year old Welland woman -- were the only occupants in the vehicles, and both suffered life threatening injuries.
No names or other information has been released as the investigation into the cause of the accident continues.
