Police and Toronto EMS responded to a shooting at York University on Thursday night.
According to police, it happened in a food court in the student centre located in the Finch Avenue and Keele Street area.
Police confirm that one person, a female, has been shot and a second person is injured.
Paramedics treated two patients with minor injuries, Toronto EMS said.
No information on a possible suspect was immediately available.
