MIDDLESEX CENTRE, Ont. -- Provincial police in southwestern Ontario's Middlesex County say two men are dead after a pair of dirt bikes collided head-on.
The accident happened Friday night just before 11 o'clock on Twelve Mile Road (between Vanneck Road and Denfield Road).
Investigators say the two riders were travelling in opposite directions when they slammed into each other.
The two were pronounced dead at the scene, and police said their names were being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
No other details have been released at this early stage in the investigation.
