Police say one woman is facing an impaired driving charge following a crash in the downtown core this morning.
It happened near Church and Wellesley streets shortly before 1 a.m.
According to reports from the scene, a pickup truck struck a traffic light while attempting to avoid a collision with a garbage truck near the intersection.
Paramedics said two women were injured in the crash.
Investigators told CP24 that they believe the driver of the pickup truck was impaired.
