NIAGARA FALLS, Ont. -- Police are investigating an apparent double shooting in Niagara Falls, Ont.
Officers were called to a highrise building just after 4 a.m. Thursday after tenants reported hearing multiple gunshots.
Police say a woman was found dead, and a man was taken to a hospital in Buffalo, N.Y.
The man, who appears to be in his early 70s, suffered a gunshot wound to his head and is in stable condition.
The major crime unit is investigating.
