BLACKSTOCK, Ont. -- Police say an autopsy conducted on a woman found dead in a home north of Oshawa reveal she tried to kill her husband before she committed suicide.
Durham Regional Police say officers were called to the Blackstock, Ont., house just before 6 a.m. Monday for a domestic-related incident.
Police say the 53-year-old woman was pronounced dead at the scene while her 52-year-old husband remains in hospital in stable condition.
No charges are expected to be laid.
