A 55-year-old woman who was injured in a two-vehicle crash in Burlington on Thursday afternoon has succumbed to her injuries in hospital.
According to Halton Regional Police, the woman was travelling southbound on Guelph Line near Mountainside Road when she suffered some sort of medical incidents, lost control of her vehicle and collided with a SUV that was stopped at a red light.
The woman was pronounced dead at Hamilton General Hospital late Friday night.
The driver of the other vehicle was not injured.
