With just hours to go until St. Nick hops on his sleigh and hits the streets, here’s a list of road closures to help you navigate around Toronto on Sunday.

The 108th Santa Claus Parade begins at Bloor and Christie streets at 12:30 p.m.

The parade will travel east along Bloor Street before turning south on Queen’s Park Crescent East and then along University Avenue before travelling east on Wellington Street West and finally finishing at Front and Jarvis streets around 3 p.m.

Motorists travelling in these areas can expect significant delays and should try and avoid the parade route.

Here is a list of planned road closures:

8 a.m.: Bloor Street West, from Ossington Avenue to Christie Street

10 a.m.: Bloor Street West, from Christie Street to Bathurst Street

11 a.m.: Bloor Street West, from Bathurst Street to Bay Street and Avenue Road/Queen’s Park, from Davenport Road to College Street

11:30 a.m.: University Avenue, from College Street to Dundas Street

12 p.m.: University Avenue, from Dundas Street to Front Street

1 p.m.: Wellington Street, from University Avenue to Jarvis Street

1:15 p.m.: Front Street, from Bay Street to Jarvis Street

Towing of cars parked along the parade route will begin at 6 a.m. on Sunday morning, Toronto police say.

Full subway and streetcar service will be in place during the parade.
