Police have arrested 18-year-old Nahoor Araya and charged him with the second degree murder following the death of 17-year-old Boris Cikovic.

The teen was shot last week in Buttonwood Park after brandishing a stun gun during an argument. An arrest warrant was issued for Araya on Wednesday.

Police say they are still looking for three more suspects.

Cikovic was found dead on Friday at about 10:40 p.m., after police received reports of gunshots coming from the Scarlett Road and Eglinton Avenue park.

In addition to the teen's body, they found a cattle-prod-like weapon, which they believe was in Cikovic's possession before he was shot.

Witnesses tell investigators they heard arguing followed by three gunshots.

Paramedics tried to save the teen's life, but he died from his wounds at Sunnybrook hospital. Cikovic is the city's 53rd murder victim this year.

An autopsy has confirmed his cause of death to be gunshot wounds.

Araya will appear in court tonight.
