Legal Specialist

As one of the first hosts of talk television programming in Canada, few have interacted with a TV audience longer than Lorne.

In fact Legal Briefs is the longest running show on CP24 and Lorne was a part of the channel when it launched over ten years ago.

Lorne, who hosts Legal Briefs and Talk Television, has been in television for 28 years.

He was a reporter/anchor and Legal Specialist at Citytv for 20 years and then went to law school in the early 1990s, graduating in 1995.

He was one the first in Canada to become a lawyer who could move between a busy legal practice and television.
