Police have released a composite image of a woman seen in surveillance footage walking with Victoria Stafford almost two weeks ago -- the last time the missing eight-year-old girl was seen.

The image is of a person of interest, police said in a press release issued late Tuesday night.

The woman is described as white , 19 to 25 years of age with long, straight black hair past the shoulders, worn in a pony tail.

The woman is also described as weighing between 120 and 125 pounds and about five-foot-one to five-feet-two inches tall. She was wearing a white puffy winter jacket and tight black jeans.

During a press conference on Wednesday morning, police said the sketch is based on information from an independant witness.

Victoria 'Tori' Stafford was last seen in the surveillance video shot from College Aveneue Secondary School on April 8, 2009.

Anyone with information relating to the case is asked to call police at (519) 421-2800.
