'I am so proud to be who I am and not have any fear'

cp24.com

Arthur Gallant

Pride to me means equality, feeling free, having the ability to be who I am, love who I want to love, and be free of judgment. Growing up I lived in a very homophobic household and grew up thinking that being gay was wrong. Now I am an advocate for gay rights and give youth like myself motivational speeches on why homophobia is so wrong. I am so proud to be who I am and not have any fear. I am proud to live in a city, country and society that embraces me for who I am and doesn't judge me on the gender of my partner.
